Scarlet ex (SV1S) is a Japanese Scarlet & Violet main expansion released in January 2023 as one of the two inaugural sets of the era. It launches the Pokemon ex mechanic and Terastal cards, headlined by the box legendary Koraidon ex with other ex Pokemon such as Gyarados ex. Chase cards include the Special Art Rare Koraidon ex and other alternate-art ex Pokemon in the new Terastal style.
