Priority. Allocation on high-demand and limited releases goes to the accounts that buy from us consistently, and a regular ordering history is also what opens up access to product we hold back for established customers. It is the ordering history that counts, not the size of any single order.

No, we don't price match.

Pricing reflects timing. Pre-orders are our lowest price; in-stock product, especially older sealed, is held inventory we are in no rush to move, so it can sit higher. If price is your priority, pre-orders are the best route.

By bank transfer against the proforma. Nothing is charged at checkout, and we ship once payment is confirmed.

Stock we hold ships within 2-3 business days of confirmed payment. Product sourced to order, which is most of the Japanese range, takes a few days longer because we order it from our supplier once your payment clears. Transit time then depends on the origin and the courier.

Cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival, set by the carrier and your local customs, not by us. This applies wherever we ship from.

Reserve upcoming sets before release. Pre-orders are subject to allocation, and a deposit may apply for new accounts. Order the full quantity you want during the pre-order window, because topping up afterwards is usually not possible. Release dates are set by publishers, not by us, and can move.
